Vitaminized peach Smoothie bowl

  • 2 flat peaches REGAL’IN™
  • 200 g  yoghurt
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 20 g of muesli cereals
  • 1 spoon  of chia seed
  • 1 spoon of dried cranberries

 

  1. Peel one of the flat peaches, cut into pieces and mix with the yoghurt and honey.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Wash and cut the other flat peach into quarters.
  4. Make a nice dressing by putting on the smoothie, the peach quarters, the muesli cereals, the chia seeds , as well as the dried cranberries.
