- 3 REGAL’IN™ Flat peaches, quartered
- 75cl dry white wine
- 20cl lemonade
- 5cl peach cream or liqueur
- 1 orange, sliced
- 150g raspberries
- 2 small bunches fresh basil or thyme
- ice
- Pour the white wine, lemonade and peach cream into a large carafe or salad bowl.
- Add the quartered peaches and sliced orange, with their skins and peel on.
- Next add the raspberries and fresh herbs.
- Lastly, add the ice and serve chilled.
